US special operations chief to visit parliament, observe exercise in Pabrade

General Raymond Thomas, commander of the United States Special Operations Command, is visiting Lithuania on Friday to meet with Parliamentary Speaker Viktoras Pranckietis and observe an exercise in Pabrade, central Lithuania.
