Vilnius mayor unveils 2016 budget that narrows deficit gap

This year's budget for Vilnius will prioritize the renovation and renewal of existing educational buildings and the renovation of drive-ways, sidewalks and bicycle paths, said Vilnius Mayor Remigijus Šimašius.
