Dual citizenship only possible by changing Constitution - Constitutional Court

Dual citizenship can only be allowed by way of changing the Constitution, says Dainius Žalimas, chairman of the Lithuanian Constitutional Court, adding that amending the Citizenship Law will not be enough.
