Nausėda: Lithuanian diaspora artists are a strong cultural force

During his visit to New York, President Gitanas Nausėda met with Lithuanian artists living and working in the United States and visited the exhibition of their artworks at the Permanent Mission of Lithuania to the United Nations, said the presidency.

According to the president, the fact that talented Lithuanians working in the cosmopolitan New York and other American cities do not lose touch with their homeland is worthy of great respect. Nausėda stressed that despite their generational differences, diverse experiences and artistic fields, they all shared their love for Lithuania, and that was of particular value.
