Andreas Umland: “Being active without membership perspective is the best that Ukraine can do”

EN.DELFI TV by the Lithuania Tribune spoke to Andreas Umland, Senior Research Fellow at the Institute for Euro-Atlantic Cooperation (Kyiv) at the GlobSec 2015 conference in Bratislava. We asked Mr. Umland whether he agrees with Estonian president that Ukraine should not pay too much attention towards the formal invitations, because 20 years ago no one welcomed the Baltic States in the EU either.
