Arbatova on the future of the Ukrainian crisis

At the Riga Conference 2014, The Lithuania Tribune spoke to Dr Nadezhda Arbatova, head of the Department of European Political Studies at the Institute for World Economy and International Relations, Russian Academy of Science. She is relatively optimistic about the outcome of this crisis, Arbatova says, though it has been a strange conflict from the very beginning.
