The Lithuania Tribune spoke with Col Aivar Jaeski, Deputy Director at STRATCOM. Almost one quarter of Latvia’s population as well as similar amount in Estonia consists of the Russian speakers. Assumption is that absolute majority of this population gets their firsthand information from the TV channels that are created in Russia. What about the Latvian and Estonian speaking population, how much are their affected by the Russian media, we asked Col Jaeski.
