Illarionov on purpose of Russia's current behaviour

The Lithuania Tribune spoke to Andrei Illarionov, former advisor to Russia’s President Vladimir Putin and senior fellow at the Cato Institute’s Centre for Global Liberty and Transparency, who came to the Riga Conference 2014. According to Illarionov, the Kremlin's ambitions are growing since they do not meet any resistance from the West. If President Putin had been stopped in Georgia back in 2008, he would not have ventured to Crimea and eastern Ukraine.
