Illarionov: Russia has destroyed the world order that we knew

The Lithuania Tribune spoke to Andrey Illarionov, former advisor to Russia’s President Vladimir Putin and senior fellow at the Cato Institute's Centre for Global Liberty and Transparency, who came to the Riga Conference 2014. Russian actions in Ukraine are aggression pure and simple and should be called so. All treaties that so many countries worked to achieve in the past have been violated by Russia. Because of that, we have been living in a new world for the last seven months, Illarionov is convinced.
