Lucas on the future of the Baltic states

The Lithuania Tribune/ DELFI TV spoke to Edward Lucas, Senior Editor of the Economist. A few years ago the Baltic states surpassed their existence between WWI and WWII, we are going to be celebrating out 24th anniversary of independence soon.
