Lithuanian Prime Minister Saulius Skvernelis says the government is considering broadening the property tax base and taxing polluting cars.

After the European Commission recommended on Wednesday that Lithuania broaden its property tax base, Prime Minister Saulius Skvernelis said he does not think that people's primary homes should be taxed.
