Lithuanian Gas and LESTO to be merged into Energy Distribution Operator

The Nasdaq stock exchange announced on Monday about reorganization of AB LESTO, Lithuania's electricity distribution network operator, and Lietuvos Dujos (Lithuanian Gas).
