Renovation cost in Lithuania rises 20 percent in one year

Based on the data of Housing Energy Efficiency Agency (BETA), renovation cost of blocks of flats increased by around 20 percent in one year, while in separate cases by 30 percent, and reached LTL 350-400 (EUR 101-116) per square metre (excluding 40 percent government support).
