The council of the Lithuanian national radio and television LRT on Tuesday elected Monika Garbačiauskaitė-Budrienė, former editor-in-chief of delfi.lt news portal, as CEO of the national broadcaster, the council's chairman Žygintas Pečiulis confirmed.
