A Vilnius court on Thursday rejected as unfounded an appeal of Russian citizen Alexander Dyukov who asked the court to revoke Lithuanian border guards' decision to refuse him entry into the country and delete a relevant entry from the Interior Ministry's national registry.
Russian citizen Alexander Dyukov, who has been declared persona non grata in Lithuania, has turned to a Vilnius court, seeking to revoke the decision of border guards to refuse him entry in Lithuania and to have the entry removed from the Interior Ministry's national registry.
Alexander Dyukov, a Russian citizen who was not allowed to enter Lithuania earlier this week, is a representative of the Russian special services, using his publications to justify crimes of the Stalinist regime, according to historian and Lithuanian MP Arvydas Anušauskas.
