A Vilnius court has suspended the process of delisting of Energijos Skirstymo Operatorius (ESO), a subsidiary of Lithuania's state-owned energy group Ignitis Group, from the Nasdaq Vilnius Stock Exchange after the company's minority shareholders filed a lawsuit.

Lithuanian electricity grid operator LESTO is merging with the gas company Lietuvos Dujos. The purpose of the merger is to optimise the operations, and reduce costs so that consumers can pay less for gas and electricity, according to Energy Minister Rokas Masiulis.
