A court has ordered Khatuna Salukvadze, Georgia's former ambassador to Lithuania, to pay rent arrears for an apartment in downtown Vilnius, but the diplomat does not recognize the decision and says she will not pay, the daily Lietuvos Rytas reported on Thursday.
Lithuania welcomes discussions in Georgia on using the native name by which Lithuanians call their country.
The State Commission of the Lithuanian Language will Thursday discuss whether the Lithuanian name for Georgia should be changed to Sakartvelo or left unchanged.
