A criminal case in which charges have been brought against the Order and Justice Party as a legal entity and six private individuals is being handed over to a court, the Prosecutor General's Office said on Thursday.

The Order and Justice Party will ask the court to assign a special status to a case in which the party is suspected of influence peddling, squandering of property, document forgery and negligent management of accounts.
