Foreigners are allowed to arrive from Poland and Cyprus but will also be required to self-isolate for two weeks. Meanwhile, foreigners will be barred from entering Lithuania from the Netherlands, Iceland and Turkey, except for exceptions set by the government.
Meanwhile, Canada has been removed from the list. Lithuanians will no longer need to self-isolate for two weeks upon return from this country. Moreover, the government made an exception and foreigners are allowed to come to Lithuania from this country and will not need to self-isolate for two weeks either.
Countries are put on Lithuania's "blacklist" if they record 16 coronavirus cases per population of 100,000 over the past two weeks.
Foreigners can come to Lithuania without any restrictions from the UK, Slovenia, Lichtenstein, Denmark, Germany, Ireland, Slovakia, Italy, Greece, Norway, Latvia, Estonia, Finland and Hungary.
All other foreigners are banned from coming to Lithuania, except for exceptions set by the government.
