Lithuania's outgoing President Dalia Grybauskaite on Saturday presented state awards to Prosecutor General Evaldas Pasilis and Zydrunas Bartkus, head of the Special Investigation Service, the winners of the Vienna Biennale's Golden Lion, as well as other public figures and foreign officials.
